At a meeting of the California Interscholastic Federation held on November 3, 1918, various representatives from different leagues were present. Discussions included the determination of high school athletes' eligibility, the counting of credits for interscholastic participation, and the recognition of high school standing based on residence. The election of officers for the following year was also conducted.
